The product itself arrived as described, however the delivery experience was disappointing. The parcel was left with a neighbour without prior notice, despite clear delivery instructions requesting direct handover. This caused a delay of several days before I was able to retrieve it. For a collectible item at this price point, I would expect more care in the final stage of delivery. Communication from the courier was minimal and required me to follow up manually. While the item was ultimately received intact, the process was unnecessarily stressful and detracted from the overall experience. I believe this is something that should be addressed to ensure consistency for future customers.
