    I ordered this F1 RC car on a Friday in late October, choosing Hermes delivery as I needed it for an F1 watch party that Sunday. I paid for standard delivery, which should arrive in 2-3 days, but it didn’t turn up until the following Tuesday, four days late. I contacted Hermes, who said a system error caused a backlog, but the customer service team didn’t provide any updates or compensation. The car itself is amazing, but the delay meant I couldn’t show it off at the party. I had to use an old F1 model instead, which ruined the experience for my friends and me. This has put me off using Hermes again, and I expect better communication when orders are delayed.
